Active Tours

Active Tours

The "Active Tours" menu, accessible from the user context menu of SOVA Mobile, shows tours that are currently underway at your property. This is useful if you have an officer who would like to perform a patrol, but doesn't want to begin a tour that is already underway. By reviewing the "Active Tours", they can select a tour that is not currently in the process of being completed.

  • Open the user context menu and select "Active Tours":


  • A popup opens showing the tours that are currently underway:


  • The popup provides not only the tour name, but also tells you when the tour was started, and the officer who began the tour. This can be useful for a security officer as they will have an understanding what tours are underway if they are beginning their shift or perhaps they were doing tasks other than tours during their shift, and now want to go perform a property tour.
