Communication FAQ's

Q. I keep getting SMS text messages from 619-72O-O477 about critical incidents, POI alerts, etc. Are these from SOVA?

Yes! That is the number that SOVA uses to send out notifications, so any message you receive from that number is because either you opted-in to receive these notifications, or your supervisor might have included your contact details. If these alerts are useful to you, why not add that number as a contact in your phone, so next time you will more easily know who it's from? To make that process simple, we have uploaded our contact details to the website so feel free to import the attached vCard (7kb) into your device.
