The equipment listview, accessible by navigating to Equipment > List Equipment, is the jumping off spot for managing your equipment assets in SOVA. A description of what each screen element does is listed below:

1. The left navigation menu in SOVA can be minimized by clicking the icon to the left of the magnifying glass icon in the header (looks like three stacked horizontal lines). This expands the table so you can see all columns even on a smaller monitor. Click the same icon again to restore the navigation menu
   
2. Allows downloading the report view that is active on screen. Please note, if you have any filters applied, this is what will be downloaded
   
3. A quick way to add new equipment items to your asset inventory. The same function is accessible by navigating to Equipment > Add Equipment.
   
4. A-Z quick search buttons to filter by Equipment type
   
5. Advanced filtering by Equipment ID, Name, Type, Ring ID, status date (last changed), or disposition (i.e. in service, out for repair, etc.)
   
6. Allows importing an asset list using a CSV file. Please contact technical support before attempting to import a CSV to ensure the file is setup properly. Only recommended for large data files of more than 500 rows (records)
   
7. Toggle to show or hide keys. This setting is remembered for the current session, then defaults back to "Hide"
   
8. The barcode ID field for all equipment types EXCEPT keys
   
9. The barcode ID field for keys
   
10. The current location for the item. The individuals name is shown if the item is currently checked out
    
11. The date the item was last processed (checked out or checked in)
