Factory reset of Kyocera DuraForce
Performing a device reset can clear up some issues that cannot be solved by completing other maintenance tasks. If you have a misbehaving device that is locking up, is non-responsive, or otherwise is not working for you, try the link here for

After your device reboots following a hard reset, you will need to request activation again as the device will be issued a new MEID during the reset, and as such, the device will no longer be recognized by SOVA.
