How do I setup a label printer with SOVA?

Q. I can't seem to get my label printer configured properly. Can you provide the settings for the Brother label printer?

Here are a couple of screenshots that should assist in your setup. Match what you see here to your label printer settings and you should be good to go. Please note, SOVA does not support Dymo printers as we understand the current drivers are not secure to use with a SaaS web application like SOVA. Until we hear otherwise, we will not be supporting these printers.
