The message board found on the SOVA dashboard is used to leave quick messages to your team regarding anything you find important. For example, some clients use this to relay information to their team about suspicious persons found at their hotel, others use it to remind users of upcoming training or company sponsored events. There is no right or wrong way to use it.
Adding a message board entry:
Simply click the plus icon below the orange arrow in the screen below to add a new message board entry. After clicking the plus, in the popup that opens, enter your message and save:
Editing / deleting a message board entry:
By placing your mouse over any message on the board, you will see two icons. Click the trash icon shown by the green arrow above to delete the message, or click the other icon to edit the message.
