Tasks completed during a security officers shift are stored in SOVA with start and end times, so you are able to view report screens like the NTT Listview and see what tasks take the longest, which task is done most frequently, and even look at differences between officers in how long tasks take.

• Navigate to Reports > Non Tour Tasks

1. Search by task name, date range, or both
   
2. Download a report based on any filters in place
   
3. Shows an activity log for the selected task in a popup, with dates and times, officer names, location and any comments added when the officer recorded the task
   
4. Shows a popup with average time by each user who completed the selected task, so as manager you can compare
   
5. Shows the last time this task was completed by your team
