When using the Google Chrome browser and trying to login to the SOVA website, if you are unable to click the "I am not a robot" box at the login screen, please try these steps:
- Make sure you are trying to login via https, and not http.
- Clear Cache and Cookies
- If you’re still facing the same issue, try in Incognito mode. If you no longer see this issue, disable extensions one by one to check which extension is causing the issue
- If the issue still persists, reset Chrome settings
- If the above steps don't work, create a new browser profile for Chrome
NOTE: Internet Explorer may allow you to login, but is not supported.
