Recent Completed Tours

During shift change it is often useful to know what property tours were recently completed so that incoming officers do not duplicate the efforts of the prior shift. By reviewing the recent completed tours in SOVA Mobile, officers can make better choices regarding what tours to start and when.

  • In SOVA Mobile, open the user context menu and select "Recent Completed Tours":

  • A popup opens, showing tours recently completed, and a count of these tours within the last 8 hours: This can prove very useful to ensure the property is being adequately covered by your security officers.
