Adding Non-Security Users (Video)

A new feature of SOVA allows adding users to SOVA with limited permissions. Here are some examples:
  • Your front office staff would like access to your lost and found system to assist guests with their inquiries
  • Your engineering team wants to process contractors themselves instead of security, and print visitor badges for their visitors
  • Your shipping and receiving department wants to utilize SOVA to manage guest packages
  • Your Housekeeping Department wants to issue iPods and keys to their room attendants, and wants to use the equipment module in SOVA to scan these items in and out to help manage these assets
All of the above are possible with the addition of our "Non-Security User" user group. Watch the video below to learn how to set this up.
