Guest Inquiries and Merging Records (Video)

Guests can submit a lost and found inquiry by visiting our website, clicking the "Lost and Found" button and entering your unique lost and found ID associated with your hotel. Then, they complete a simple web form with the details of their lost item. These inquiries automatically appear in your lost and found registry and should be reviewed daily. A best practice is for a hotel staff member to reach out to the guest submitting the inquiry to let them know that their inquiry was received and that the hotel is actively looking for their lost item.
