Your officers are armed with a sophisticated tool to perform searches on your lost and found inventory, right from the palm of their hand. Useful at a hotel, as security officers can respond directly to guests regarding their  lost and found inquiries while out walking the property with their mobile device.

The lost and found search is found in the user context menu of SOVA Mobile.

• Open the user context menu and select "Lost & Found":

• We will run a query on "Sunglasses" over the last 30 days:
  

• Tap the search icon at the top right to see the results:
  

• Images are clickable so while a security agent is talking to a guest, they can prompt for additional details about the item. Once the security officer is confident that they have found the owner of the item, they can show the picture and escort the guest to the loss prevention department to claim their lost item.
