SaaS Contracting at SOVA

There are four sets of documents helpful for understanding the terms governing SaaS transactions at SOVA:

The Order Form is your contractual starting point. It will be prepared by SOVA and document your authorized use of the selected SOVA SaaS Offering. The Order Form will reference the specific documents governing your use and contractual relationship with SOVA. For more information on each document, see below.

General Terms and Conditions

The contracting terms governing the use of the SOVA SaaS Offering are set forth below. The Order Form will reference these online terms.
  • If you purchase SOVA SaaS Offerings directly from SOVA for your use, please see this SaaS Agreement.
  • If you have an existing Agreement with SOVA addressing your use of the SOVA SaaS Offering, those terms may govern your use. If your use of the SOVA SaaS Offerings are part of a Corporate Agreement, please see the Corporate Agreement.

Order Form

The Order Form is your contract with SOVA. It describes your licensing model and references the specific commercial terms and conditions that apply to your subscription to the SOVA SaaS Offering.

If you purchase SOVA SaaS Offerings directly from SOVA for your use, a Sample Order Form is attached. This is only a sample. Your SOVA Sales Representative will prepare your tailored Order Form. Depending on your region, Order Forms in other languages may be available.

SaaS Product Information

The SaaS description documents provide standards, characteristics and features that apply to the SOVA SaaS Offerings. You will find information on topics such as SLAs, how usage is measured and disaster recovery, etc. in the SaaS Listings when contracting for services.

The Privacy and Security terms describe our standards on protection of privacy and related practices.
