forth below. The Order Form will reference these online terms.
The Order Form is your contract with SOVA. It describes your licensing
model and references the specific commercial terms and conditions that
apply to your subscription to the SOVA SaaS Offering.
If you purchase SOVA SaaS Offerings directly from SOVA for your use, a Sample Order Form is attached.
This is only a sample. Your SOVA Sales Representative will prepare your
tailored Order Form. Depending on your region, Order Forms in other
languages may be available.
The SaaS description documents provide standards, characteristics and
features that apply to the SOVA SaaS Offerings. You will find information
on topics such as SLAs, how usage is measured and disaster recovery,
etc. in the SaaS Listings when contracting for services.
