Why is the time showing negative in the dashboard chart?

Why is the time showing negative in the dashboard chart?

This is due to stored data for tasks that were done while the time was set incorrectly for one or more of your devices. Please check all of your mobile devices to ensure the time is set correctly. To avoid this in the future, you might also want to verify that all devices are set to automatically adjust time. To maintain the correct time, the devices will use an Internet connection periodically to check the current time in trhe device and compare it against an Internet time server. Adjustments to the device time will be made automatically as needed, providing the device is set to automatically adjust time.

The dashboard charts which show time spent conducting tours and the other that shows time spent on tasks are calculated using the last 30 days worth of data. Once the current time is adjusted in your devices, in 30 days you should begin seeing positive numbers once again. If you do not, please open a ticket and we'll take a look for you.
