SOVA Systems LLC, a California limited liability company (“SOVA” or “we”), wants you to be familiar with the information we collect about visitors to our marketing website, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have regarding the information you provide. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our practices with respect to information collected through our marketing website at https://sovasystems.com and https://sova.cc (collectively, the “Site”). Public pages of https://sovasystems.com redirect to https://sova.cc; pages associated with the authenticated SOVA platform remain on https://sovasystems.com and are not part of the Site for purposes of this Privacy Policy. Both URLs are operated by SOVA and governed by this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not address information collected through the SOVA platform itself, including the authenticated web portal accessible at
https://sovasystems.com/users/login or the SOVA mobile applications. For information about how SOVA handles personal data within those products, please see our
Services Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our
Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at
privacy@sovasystems.com.
Contents of this Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you only when you choose to provide it — for example, by submitting our contact form — and we collect a limited set of technical information automatically when you use the Site.
Information you voluntarily provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

- Date and time of access
- Pages viewed and the order in which they were viewed
- Referring website or source
- General location information derived from IP address (such as country, region, or city)
This information is collected through standard web server logs and through analytics tools described below. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We use information collected through the Site for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site
- To analyze usage of the Site and improve its content and performance
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity

SOVA does not sell personal information collected through the Site, and SOVA does not share personal information collected through the Site with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share information collected through the Site as follows:
- Service providers. With third-party service providers that help us operate the Site, such as our website hosting provider, analytics providers, and email delivery services. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to SOVA and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquirer. We will provide notice of any such transfer that materially affects how your personal information is handled.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly and to help us understand how visitors use the Site. A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. The Site presents a cookie consent banner that allows you to manage your preferences for non-essential cookies.
Types of cookies we use on the Site:
- Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function and to remember your cookie consent choices. The Site uses Cloudflare as a content delivery and security network, which sets cookies (such as
__cf_bm and cf_clearance) used for bot mitigation, security challenges, and rate limiting. These cookies are not set by SOVA directly and cannot be disabled without affecting Site security and performance.
- Analytics cookies are used by Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — which pages are most visited, how long visitors stay, and how they arrived at the Site. For information about how Google Analytics collects and processes data, and how to opt out, see Google’s opt-out page.
- Consent management cookies record your cookie consent preferences so the Site does not re-prompt you on every visit.
SOVA does not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising and does not participate in third-party advertising networks. SOVA does not allow third parties to track visitors across other websites for advertising purposes through the Site.
Managing cookies. You may manage your cookie preferences for non-essential cookies through the Site’s cookie consent banner. Most browsers also allow you to control cookies through browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. The Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable as an opt-out preference signal under California, Colorado, and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

privacy@sovasystems.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

privacy@sovasystems.com. We may continue to send transactional or service-related communications.

For SOVA’s detailed disclosures required by California law, including categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, third parties to whom we disclose, and retention information, please see our
California Privacy Rights notice.
SOVA does not sell personal information collected through the Site within the meaning of CCPA/CPRA, and SOVA does not share personal information collected through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site honors the Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out preference signal.
