List of Trademarks

The following is a listing of trademarks and service marks owned by SOVA Systems LLC (“SOVA”) in the United States and/or other countries. All marks listed below are unregistered common-law trademarks of SOVA unless otherwise indicated. Use of any SOVA mark is prohibited unless expressly authorized by SOVA in writing.

The absence of any trademark or service mark from this list does not constitute a waiver of SOVA’s trademark or other intellectual property rights with respect to that mark. SOVA’s trademarks and service marks are protected under applicable federal and state trademark law, including the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §1125(a)), and by the intellectual property provisions of the Master Services Agreement (Section 19 and Section 28).

Proper Use of SOVA Marks

Third parties who are authorized to reference SOVA marks (for example, in partner marketing materials, press coverage, or integration documentation) should follow these guidelines:

• Use the ™ symbol after the mark on first reference in any document or page. Subsequent references in the same document may omit the symbol.
• Always use SOVA marks as adjectives followed by a generic noun (e.g., “SOVA™ platform,” “BackTrack™ feature,” “Smart Tours™ module”). Do not use SOVA marks as nouns or verbs.
• Do not alter, abbreviate, hyphenate, or combine SOVA marks with other words or marks.
• Do not use SOVA marks in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with SOVA unless such a relationship exists and is documented in a written agreement.
• Do not incorporate SOVA marks into your own product names, service names, domain names, social media handles, or trade names.
• Include the following attribution notice where space permits: “SOVA, SOVA Systems, BackTrack, Smart Tours, and SiteSentry are trademarks of SOVA Systems LLC.”

Third-Party Trademarks

Product and service names referenced in SOVA documentation, marketing materials, or on the SOVA platform that are not listed above are the trademarks of their respective owners. SOVA’s use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
