Show Passdown Report

Show Passdown Report

The show passdown button allows mobile users to view any tasks that have been "sent to passdown". Any task can be sent to passdown, and an option exists whenever completing a task to send the task to passdown. Passdown tasks would typically only include tasks of an important nature that the previous shift feels important to pass on and make the incoming shift aware of.

The passdown report is accessible from the user context menu in SOVA Mobile

  • Open the user context menu by clicking the three vertical dots, then select "Show Passdown":


  • Popup is a scrollable list of passdown entries for the current day
  • Selecting "View Other" at the bottom of the popup above opens a calendar where you can select passdown entries for previous days if needed. See below:
