SOVA Systems updated our Privacy Policies on February 22, 2019.

In this update we have updated the Services Privacy Policy and the Website Privacy Policy to include a section for California Residents. We also updated our policies per GDPR requirements for Customers and Users in the EU. EU Customers and Users can review our newly added Privacy Shield Policy. Additionally, we have added a Cookies Policy. SOVA Customers and Users do not need to take any action to get the benefit of the updates to the online Privacy Policies listed above. Updates to our privacy policies took effect on February 22, 2019, and apply to the general public visiting our website as well as all Customers and Users who access our Services via a Services agreement (previously referred to as a Master SaaS Agreement).

SOVA Systems updated the Master SaaS agreement on March 19, 2018.

In this update we are improving the terms of the Master SaaS agreement. SOVA customers do not need to take any action to get the benefit of the updates to the online Master SaaS agreement. The updates took effect on March 19, 2018, and apply to all customers who use the Services under the online Master SaaS agreement.

SOVA Systems updated the Master SaaS agreement on January 01, 2018.

In this update we are improving the terms of the Master SaaS agreement. SOVA customers do not need to take any action to get the benefit of the updates to the online Master SaaS agreement. The updates took effect on January 01, 2018, and apply to all customers who use the Services under the online Master SaaS agreement.

Customer terms have been updated in the Terms for User Sites.

SOVA has made changes to the Privacy Statement.
